{"id":11637,"date":"2018-10-02T15:17:00","date_gmt":"2018-10-02T15:17:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/alfaloc.pt\/what-moves-you\/"},"modified":"2025-02-20T16:41:34","modified_gmt":"2025-02-20T16:41:34","slug":"what-moves-you","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/alfaloc.es\/en\/what-moves-you\/","title":{"rendered":"&#8220;What moves you?&#8221;"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-as-pessoas-as-nossas-pessoas-os-sentimentos-das-nossas-pessoas-quando-estamos-bem-felizes-e-mais-facil-fazermos-um-bom-trabalho-e-o-bom-trabalho-de-cada-um-leva-ao-fantastico-crescimento-de-todos\">People&#8230; our people&#8230; the feelings of our people&#8230;<br\/>When we are well \u2013 happy \u2013 it is easier to do a good job.<br\/>And the good work of each one leads to the fantastic growth of all.<\/h2>\n\n<p><strong>It is because we give so much importance to &#8220;being happy&#8221;,<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>not only in professional life, but also in personal life,<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>that we have therefore focused this year&#8217;s Alfaloc Convention on this issue.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/alfaloc.pt\/alfaloc-es\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/08\/O-que-e&#x301;-que-te-move_noticia.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6691\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<p>Under the motto &#8220;What moves you?&#8221;, we shared the experiences of people inspiring for their strength to overcome obstacles:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/rafaelcardeiramotorsport\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Rafael Cardeira<\/a>, the hardworking winning driver in the Rally;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/joao.colaco.56\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Jo\u00e3o Cola\u00e7o<\/a>, the ultramarathoner capable of running 800 km in 16 days;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Walter Chicharro, Mayor of Nazar\u00e9, that magical place where waves are made <a href=\"https:\/\/desporto.sapo.pt\/modalidades\/mais-modalidades\/artigos\/big-mama-a-mae-de-todas-as-ondas-que-colocou-a-nazare-nas-bocas-no-mundo\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">that, thanks to a lot of work, are already known worldwide<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>To further inspire us to \u00abget out of our comfort zone\u00bb and also to believe in the ability to create solutions to any obstacle, we had the help of Jo\u00e3o Geada, from Creative Humanity, who made us think about basic things in a different way.<\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">And in the last minutes, the long-awaited moment:<\/h4>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">the dissemination of the RACE campaign,<\/h4>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">with the release of the video &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=v5lLaZNPQ4Q\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">The best of 2 worlds<\/a>&#8221; in 1st hand for the Alfaloc team.<\/h4>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-sobre-isto-saiba-mais-aqui\">About this, <a href=\"https:\/\/alfaloc.pt\/alfaloc-es\/es\/servicio\/raza\/\">LEARN MORE HERE!<\/a><\/h4>\n\n<p>Alfaloc strives to implement best practices with regard to Human Resources Management policy.<\/p>\n\n<p>Far beyond transparency, respect, and meritocracy, first of all it is our intention that people feel (really) good about being part of the Alfaloc team.<\/p>\n\n<p>We understand that this is the only truly effective way to retain our talented employees.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong><em>#alwaysyou<\/em><\/strong> also for employees \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n\n<p>The Alfaloc 2018 convention took place on September 15 at the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.miramarnazarehotels.com\/portugal-nazare-hotel-miramar-sul\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Hotel Miramar Sul<\/a>, in Nazar\u00e9, to whom we thank for all the kindness and professionalism shown, as we have become accustomed to.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>People&#8230; our people&#8230; the feelings of our people&#8230;When we are well \u2013 happy \u2013 it is easier to do a good job.And the good work of each one leads to the fantastic growth of all.
